» A NEW BEGINNING [well done 6.1]
»» Show Time Wrestling's Sixth Season Premier - May 24, 2003
  • Season six starts of with a bang, and a big announcement. The True Legends, the Jock and BDT, return to the ring for the first time since sending Simon and GoodFella Chella packing, to discuss the post-Syndicate era. Franky G is thus granted the commissionership in an attempt to put an end to the history of corruption that the position has become known for. Before Franky G gets a chance to lay forth his plans for the future, the loudmouth punks Damien and Guile decide to crash the party. The result is an "all or nothin match" where each belt and each career is put on the line.
  • »» World Title Match - The Jock (champ) vs. Damien
  • Damien refuses to wait for later on in the night for a chance at a piece of the gold. Not forgeting about the title shot he was promised by former Emperor Simon, he unleashes an onslaught of fury upon the Jock. But the champion overcomes the attack, as BDT clears out Guile from ringside, the Jock exposes Damien's weak knee, and locks on the Sharpshooter for the victory by submission.
  • »» "Your Hired" Match - The Busch vs. Little Davey
  • The Busch is out to prove to everyone that he's got what it takes to compete in STW. He squares of against the scouted talent Little Davey in a bout to win a slot on the STW roster. It looks like a new brand of Busch as Little Davey is on the receiving end during most of the match, except for one viscious kick with a bucket. The Busch finishes his opponent off with a Simon Diamond of all moves, and reminds the fans of the former Emperor's fat ass pink slip.
  • »» Damien vs. Hot Stuff Johnny Pounds
  • Franky G deputs his new talent with pretty boy Hot Stuff Johnny Pounds. When Pounds starts speaking of a future title shot however, it is to much for Damien to handle. He starts a match with the flamboyant rookie, but to no avail. Damiens weak knee gives out while attempting the Damien Hammer and he hands Pounds his first victory via pinfall. Guile, already angered by Damiens inability to show some patience in order to stay fresh for the huge "All or Nothin" match, loses his cool. He slaps the ankle lock on his own partner, flirting with a possible breaking of the bone.
  • »» "All or Nothin" Match
  • Guile, thinking the match is off because of his attack on his own partner ( and the subsequent siezing of his partner's tag title) is confronted by Commissioner Franky G. Despite Guile's confidence in himself, the boss teams him up with Bob Sugar from the new talent pool. It was are hard battle, but the True Legends salvage their careers once, and send two others to the unemployment office. The Jock hit a double Jock Bottom on Guile and Sugar, while BDT completed the Hammer of Justice by droping the flying elbow on Guile. After the three count, the True Legends became tag champs, BDT for the first time wrapped the IC title around his waste (before he could auction it off), and Guile and the unfortunate Bob Sugar were dismissed.
